AVROP Programs & Services

 

The Antelope Valley Regional Occupational Program offers Career-Technical Education for students attending high school within the Antelope Valley Union High School District.

 

 

Secondary Education 

  • The AVUHSD/AVROP high school Career-Technical Education pathways offer 9th through 12th grade AVUHSD students the opportunity to gain the 21st Century skills needed for college and career readiness. In addition, six California Partnership Academies at various high school sites within the district have been established in the fields of Education, Health Careers, Law & Government, Agriculture & Environmental Science, Digital Design & Engineering, and Sustainable Technologies.  

 Post-Secondary Education 

  • After much thought and discussion, starting with the 2013-14 school year,  AVROP will no longer be offering adult CTE courses.  AVROP has served the adult population of the Antelope Valley for many years and it has been our pleasure to provide a quality education to students and a joy to watch the growth and excitement that comes with the process of attaining this education.

The April and May Heartsaver First Aid CPR classes are now closed.  We will offer CPR classes again starting Fall 2013.
